Si sono spente le luci

sulla città che non dorme mai.

La grande mela, la mia adorata New York,

ha salutato le ultime sfilate.

Lei, che per prima, ha dato il via

alla settimana della moda nel mondo e

che l'ha vista protagonista assoluta

dal 5 al 12 settembre.

on the city that never sleeps.
The Big Apple, my beloved New York,
greeted the latest fashion shows.

Si sono spente le luci dei riflettori,

su quelle passerelle che per giorni hanno 

ospitati i grandi nomi della moda, facendoci

sognare ad occhi aperti.

Milano Fashion Week, of course

Si sono accesi ed, ormai, spenti

i riflettori su uno degli eventi più attesi

nel modo della moda:

le sfilate milanesi.

Moda, creatività, un pizzico di

esagerazione, bellezza, lustrini, colori,

tessuti, e cm di tacco.

Questi alcuni dei dettagli che hanno caratterizzato

la settimana della moda di Milano.

Eleganza. Classe  ricercatezza

i punti chiave di queste sfilate.

Da una Laura Biagiotti che 

punta su uno stile bon ton dai colori vivaci,

alle signorine dell'ora del thè di Antonio Marras.

Dalla rivisitazione delle tuniche vietnamite 

di Emilio Pucci, che io ho adorato,

al lato eccentrico di Armani.

Pronto a stupire con tessuti e colori variopinti.

Ma la moda non è solo quella sulle passerelle.

La moda è anche street style.

Ecco, dunque, che non posson rimanere inosservati 

i look che si son visti sfoggiare per le principali vie milanesi. 

Un mix di stravaganza e personalità.

Perchè un abito potrà esser bello
