Si sono spente le luci

sulla città che non dorme mai.

La grande mela, la mia adorata New York,

ha salutato le ultime sfilate.

Lei, che per prima, ha dato il via

alla settimana della moda nel mondo e

che l'ha vista protagonista assoluta

dal 5 al 12 settembre.

Il mio autunno.

Ho sempre associato le fredde giornate autunnali

a giornate malinconiche.

Giornate da passare rigorosamente in casa.

Con la propria famiglia.

A guardare un film, sgranocchiando pasticcini

al cioccolato annegati in un the aromatizzato alla vaniglia.

Ho sempre associato l'autunno

alle tonalità del marrone e del beige.

E così negli anni i miei armadi sono finiti

 per diventare monocromatici. 

Ho sempre pensato che un maglione di lana grossa,

 color tortora fosse l'ideale. In perfetta

modalità autunnale.

Che una passeggiata all'aria aperta

fosse concessa solo nelle prime ore pomeridiane.

Per sfruttare quel poco di calore proveniente da un pallido 

sole di Novembre. Alla ricerca di qualche accessorio

vintage, in uno dei numerosi mercatini domenicali.

Che fosse un cappello, un bracciale o una cornice da

appoggiare distrattamente in qualche angolo della casa.

L'ho sempre pensato e forse credo che 

continuerò a farlo. Perchè mi piace immaginarlo così,

il mio autunno.

I 've always associated the cold autumn days
in melancholy days.

With my family.
 Watching a movie, munching
chocolate patries drowned in a tea flavored with vanilla.



I have always associated the autumn
to shades of brown and beige.
And so over the years my wardrobe is finished
  to become monochromatic.
I always thought that a thick wool sweater,
  taupe was ideal. In perfect
mode autumn.





That a walk at open air
